1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FitLocate ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

2.1. You must create an account to use FitLocate services.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.3. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2.4. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Gym Memberships

3.1. All gym memberships are subject to availability and gym owner approval.

3.2. Membership validity periods are clearly stated at the time of purchase.

3.3. Unused memberships cannot be transferred to other users.

3.4. You must present a valid QR code or PNR for gym check-ins.

4. Payments

4.1. All payments must be made through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).

4.2. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

4.3. A platform commission of 5% is charged on all transactions.

4.4. Payment confirmation will be sent via email and displayed in your dashboard.

5. Gym Owner Responsibilities

5.1. Gym owners must provide accurate information about their facilities.

5.2. All gym listings are subject to admin approval.

5.3. Gym owners must honor all valid membership bookings.

5.4. Gym owners are responsible for maintaining their facility standards and safety.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the booking system
• Post false or misleading information
• Interfere with the Platform's security features

7. Limitation of Liability

FitLocate acts as a marketplace platform connecting users with gym facilities. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by individual gyms, injuries sustained during gym usage, or disputes between users and gym owners.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities. Users may close their accounts at any time through their account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
